Personal Data Protection Act

In compliance with the contents of Organic Law 15/1999 Personal Data Protection Act, personal data provided to aSpaniard.com shall be included and processed in electronic files. The collection and processing of this data is intended for the provision of personalised services, participation in HR selection processes, electronic communications and/or the production of statistics.

aSpaniard.com undertakes to comply with its obligation of secrecy regarding personal data and with its duty to store the data confidentially and with discretion, in accordance with current legislation. To these effects, aSpaniard.com shall adopt the necessary measures to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access.

Confidentiality

Any data and information that is sent to aSpaniard.com, regardless of its format and support, will be treated by absolute confidentiality and discretion. Only in the event that state law enforcement authorities require access to this information under the strict terms of current legislation and all other established regulations, will it be supplied in accordance with the law.
